Field support & AOG

Start with the aircraft and location.

For an aircraft on ground or an unexpected defect, tell us what has happened and where the aircraft is. We’ll check engineering, component and parts options against the requirement.

OEM support · Defined scope

Recognised capability.
Clear accountability.

Our workshop capability is backed by investment in equipment, experienced technicians and specific manufacturer service appointments.

  • MT-Propeller: Suncoast Aero Engines at Caloundra is part of MT-Propeller’s service network.
  • AeroForce: Suncoast Aero Engines is a Recommended Service Facility for AeroForce aircraft turbocharger systems and components.
  • The right scope for the job: maintenance, testing and release are performed under the applicable approvals and maintenance data.

The AeroForce appointment is for turbochargers and their components; it is separate from Hartzell Propeller services. A listed brand does not mean every model or repair is covered.

Start with a useful answer

Capability questions,
answered.

How do I check whether you can do my job?

Send the aircraft type or component make, model, part and serial numbers, the required work, location and preferred date. We’ll confirm the applicable workshop or maintenance scope and the next step.

Can you support operators outside Queensland and New South Wales?

Yes. Workshop enquiries are welcome from operators across Australia. Packing, freight and turnaround are planned for the individual job; on-wing support depends on the aircraft, location, scope and engineering availability.

Can engine and accessory work be coordinated?

Yes. We can consider related propeller, magneto, fuel-system, turbocharger and governor requirements alongside your engine work. Tell us the whole requirement so the team can plan the input.

What if the aircraft is already on the ground?

Flag the AOG requirement and include the aircraft location, exact part or model, defect and required timing. The team will check the available maintenance, exchange and parts options. Use the contact form below, or call the workshop for engine and component enquiries.

  • Aircraft type, engine model or component part number
  • The work required, history and available records
  • Aircraft or component location and required timing

We’ll confirm the applicable scope and discuss options, timing and your quotation. Turnaround depends on the work, inspection findings, parts and workshop capacity.
